Mimma Burke

Hello, and welcome! My name is Mimma Burke, and I am your State Farm Agent serving Portland, CT, Middlesex County, and communities throughout Connecticut. I am a lifelong resident of Connecticut and currently live in Rocky Hill with my husband, Robert. Together we have four children, Christina, Sabrina, Alexander, and Maximilian, and I am also proud to be a grandmother to my grandson, Luca.

My journey with State Farm began in 2006 when I started working for a local agent. After gaining valuable experience and building lasting relationships, I had the opportunity to open my own State Farm agency in January 2016. Born and raised in Hartford, I am the daughter of Gaetano and Carmela D'Agostino, who immigrated from Sicily in 1967. My parents instilled in me the importance of hard work, dedication, and passion, values that continue to guide me every day as I help customers with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Renters Insurance, Condo Insurance, Business Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, and Pet Insurance.

I graduated from Tunxis Community College with an Associate's Degree in Retail Merchandising and Marketing. Beyond the office, I have spent several years coaching and managing my children's soccer teams and staying active in the community. I am a member of the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce and the Exchange Club of Portland, and I enjoy volunteering whenever possible. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love cooking, music, cars, and sports, especially soccer, football, and Formula 1 racing.

I am proud to be able to assist customers in both English and Italian, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve the community that has supported my business over the years.
