Also it was the most expensive auto and home insurance for the least coverage I’ve ever had. I’d advise anyone to do your homework and check with other companies before signing on with this office for insurance.
Any business who doesn’t respond to calls or emails related to very timely matters should not be doing business. The incompetence I experience at this firm was beyond just a “minor mistake.” And add the lack of accountability to that and you’ve got really bad budiness practice."
