"Mimma Burke and State Farm made everything easy and seamless following a rear-end collision on the highway three weeks ago. I already have my vehicle back from the repair shop. The State Farm app on the phone was easy to use to file a claim on a Saturday. Monday morning, when her office opened, they called me to ask how I was doing and what I needed. The app walked me through finding a repair shop, and obtaining a rental/loaner car. The car rental company met me at the repair shop! She checked in with periodically as well. The experience with Mimma Burke and State Farm greatly eased the distress and angst of being involved in a motor vehicle collision. They were amazing."

"I’ve been with this State Farm office for a few years now for both my auto and renters insurance, and I’m so glad I made the switch from my other carrier.

I recently went through a very scary and stressful no-fault accident, and they called me the very next day just to check on me. That genuinely meant so much. From that first call throughout the entire process, they were there every step of the way and made me feel like I wasn’t going through it alone.

I’ve personally worked with Mimma and Alyson several times, and they have both been absolutely wonderful. I’ve also had great experiences with several of the other agents in the office. Everyone has been kind, responsive, patient, and willing to help whenever I’ve needed them up even up until getting into a new vehicle.

You really don’t find this level of personal service, kindness, and response time everywhere. Insurance can be stressful enough, especially after an accident, and having an office that truly cares and is there when you need them makes such a difference.

"Not one to write bad reviews but… this office provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced in any business. Also it was the most expensive auto and home insurance for the least coverage I’ve ever had. I’d advise anyone to do your homework and check with other companies before signing on with this office for insurance.
Any business who doesn’t respond to calls or emails related to very timely matters should not be doing business. The incompetence I experience at this firm was beyond just a “minor mistake.” And add the lack of accountability to that and you’ve got really bad budiness practice."
