"i had been with three legacy insurers - one for auto for 40 years, another for homeowner for 18 and a third for classic cars for 19. I had shopped all but classic cars previously (didn't know State Farm had the coverage until Mimma!) and never moved until recently. I did for two reasons - obviously cost, but the second for service/value. During the process Mimma and team were very helpful and promised a smooth transition, even though one car was in a different state and they would have to partner with a local agency there. I admit I was skeptical, but really wanted "one stop shopping" as I advance in years and want to simplify things. They more than met the challenge. My entire contribution was just sending the dec pages for the legacy policies and setting up connection to my checking account to facilitate autopay. Mimma and team took care of all the policy set up for State Farm and cancellation at the legacy insurers. I hope to never have a claim, but if this was indicative, I suspect that process will also be well done."
